The following Terms of Service govern your relationship with Thedream. Please read them carefully before creating an account, starting an AI Girlfriend chat, or triggering AI No Filter mode.

1. Acceptance of terms – By opening any page of Thedream you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using Thedream immediately.
2. Eligibility – Thedream is offered strictly to users aged 18 or older. You confirm you are legally an adult in your jurisdiction before starting a Character AI NSFW conversation on Thedream.
3. Account creation – You may need an account to access certain Thedream features. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and every session opened with them.
4. User conduct – You agree not to use Thedream for illegal content, minors, non-consensual material, incitement to violence, doxxing, or hate speech. These rules override any AI No Filter freedom.
5. AI companions – The AI Girlfriend characters on Thedream are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental and their statements are AI-generated fiction, not factual claims.
6. NSFW content – Thedream offers NSFW AI Chat between consenting adults and AI personas. You accept that adult themes may appear and that you can toggle stricter modes anytime.
7. Memory and history – Thedream stores chat history to power its memory graph. You may erase specific memories or reset a companion, and any deletion is permanent.
8. Intellectual property – Thedream branding, logos, character concepts, art and text are protected. You may not copy or repackage Thedream content into competing products.
9. User-generated content – Anything you type into Thedream is yours, but you grant Thedream a limited license to process, store and improve models around anonymised patterns.
10. Payments and billing – Premium plans on Thedream auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. All prices display in the currency shown at checkout.
11. Refunds – Thedream may refund charges made within 14 days when the service was clearly unusable. Refunds are not granted for change of heart after significant use.
12. Cancellation – You can cancel your Thedream subscription anytime from the account panel. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
13. Third-party services – Thedream may rely on third-party AI, hosting and analytics providers. Their availability is outside our direct control.
14. Uptime – Thedream strives for high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may disrupt service.
15. Safety features – Thedream includes reporting tools. Misuse of reporting to harass, mass-flag or silence users is a violation of these terms.
16. Content moderation – Thedream automated systems and human reviewers may block, delete or restrict content that violates the law or these terms.
17. Suspension and termination – Thedream may suspend or terminate accounts that break the rules, chargeback abusively, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
18. Data protection – Thedream handles personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please read it together with these Terms of Service.
19. Cookies – Thedream uses cookies and similar technologies. Continuing to browse after the consent banner means you accept the cookie policy.
20. Age verification – Thedream may require additional age verification for premium NSFW chatbot features. Refusal to verify will limit access to those features.
21. Prohibited automation – You may not run bots, scrapers or headless clients against Thedream without written authorisation.
22. Export controls – Thedream may be restricted or unavailable in some jurisdictions. Accessing Thedream from a restricted region is at your own risk.
23. Disclaimer – Thedream is provided on an as-is basis. No warranty is made regarding accuracy of AI outputs, emotional support quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
24. Limitation of liability – Thedream liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
25. Indemnity – You agree to indemnify Thedream against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.
26. Changes to the service – Thedream evolves. Features may be added, altered or removed to improve quality or comply with law.
27. Changes to these terms – Thedream may update these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new version.
28. Governing law – These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Thedream operator entity, excluding conflicts-of-law rules.
29. Dispute resolution – Disputes should first be raised via support. Only unresolved disputes may be escalated to competent courts.
